WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR MEMBERS
1. For our current Elite Family Excursion members and those who have already submitted their membership applications, your experience with us will continue unaffected. Your privileges and benefits WILL REMAIN intact until the end of your membership period. We value your loyalty and will continue to honor our commitments to you as usual.
2. Submitted Elite Family Excursion membership applications within June 15, 2023, are still eligible for this membership package. Upon receiving your approval letter and invoice, you will be required to complete the payment within 30 days. Please note that failure to complete payment within the given terms may lead to the disapproval of your application.
We want to make it clear that this decision to discontinue the Elite Family Excursion membership package does not in any way reflect a decrease in our commitment to our clients. Our aim is to continuously refine our offerings to better meet the changing needs of our customers.
