As we get closer to the long holidays of Songkran Festival of 2022 from 13 – 17 April 2022. To help you plan your visit to Thailand, we would like to share with you the latest information on the following:
Revised Test & Go Entry Scheme
The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration has eased the entry measures for travelers entering Thailand under Test & Go Scheme. From 1 March 2022, travelers from all countries and territories are allowed to travel to the Kingdom of Thailand by air, land, and water with the required prepaid accommodation reduced to 1 night and the COVID-19 test requirements are one RT-PCR and one self-ATK.
Moreover, the requirement of insurance, specifically medical coverage including COVID treatment has been reduced to at least 20,000 USD per person.
Phishing E-mail Warning
In the past weeks, many Thai Nationals and foreigners receive suspicious emails asking for personal information. Many of them did not realize that those emails are sent from unknown sources and are identified as phishing emails. Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. would like to remind our members to always be careful when asked to provide personal information to unknown parties.
Also, It is strongly recommended that you do not click any link attached in the email you received from unknown sources to prevent any leakage of your essential information. In addition, we would like to remind our members to be aware of phishing emails. Many people received emails claiming to come from various senders for instance:

Please do not scan the QR Code, reply, click or open any attached files as it could compromise the security and privacy of your personal information.

Thailand Elite Visa Affixation, 90-Day Reporting, and Stay Extension during Songkran Festival 2022
During the Songkran Festival on 13 – 17 April 2022, the Immigration Offices throughout the country will be closed on these days, and it may affect some members whose due date for the 90-day reporting and/or the stay extension falls among this period. This may also affect our new members who wish to affix Thailand Elite Visa at the immigration bureau in Bangkok as well.
To prevent any late report, penalty fees, and/or overstay record, please always check your due date for the 90-day reporting and the stay extension.
You will find our recommendations for Thailand Elite Visa affixation, 90-day reporting, and stay extension during the long holiday of the Songkran Festival in April 2022 as below, and we would like to highly recommend you follow these recommendations to avoid any possible hassle at the immigration offices.
Thailand Elite Visa Affixation
For all our new members who recently joined the Thailand Elite Membership program, it is strongly recommended that you affix Thailand Elite Visa at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) upon your international arrival flight, as it is the most convenient way to affix Thailand Elite Visa now.
Please be informed of the following conditions.
1. A reservation for visa affixation at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) must be made through [email protected] no less than 5 working days in advance prior to your international flight’s arrival date.
2. Member must travel to Thailand using the passport that is stated in the Visa Affixation Service Confirmation Letter issued by Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd.
3. The service is available at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only. If a member is traveling to Thailand through other airports, the member must have a proper visa to enter Thailand.
NOTE: Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. is unable to provide Visa Affixation Service at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to members who fail to comply with the above conditions.
However, if you are unable to affix Thailand Elite Visa upon your international arrival flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can request to affix Thailand Elite Visa at the Immigration Bureau on Chaeng Wattana Rd. in Bangkok.
To make a reservation to affix Thailand Elite Visa at the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok, the request must be made no less than 5 working days in advance prior to your preferred date of appointment. Please be informed that the Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) Service is compulsory for visa affixation at the Immigration Bureau. The EPL service is subject to availability, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be unable to accept EPL service booking made less than 5 working days in advance, and we will be unable to accept EPL service booking if the schedule on your preferred date of appointment is fully booked.
Tips:
You are strongly advised to contact us as soon as you arrive in Thailand. You will be required to provide proof of your arrival stamp to [email protected] to set up an appointment soonest possible.
Please be reminded that you will be unable to affix Thailand Elite Visa at the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok if you overstay or have an overstay record, and Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for any penalty fees and punishments caused by members’ overstaying.
90-Day Reporting
For members holding Privilege Entry Visa (PE) and living in Bangkok who wish to use our service for the 90-day reporting, please be reminded to bring the following documents to our Head Office;
1. Valid passport with valid Thailand Elite Visa (PE visa)
2. Departure card (TM.6 card)
3. Previous receipt of notification of 90-day reporting (if any)
4. Completely filled in TM.47 form with your signature (signature must be the same as shown in your passport)
5. Receipt of TM.30 notification (with an address in Bangkok only)
***Please make sure that the address stated in your TM.47 Form is exactly the same as stated in your Receipt of TM.30 notification.
Stay Extension
If your due date for stay extension falls on 13 – 17 April 2022, we would like to humbly recommend you do stay extension any day within 8 April to avoid the long weekend and the public holiday on 6 April. Please note that the extension can be done 30 days in advance prior to the due date.
Kindly be reminded to bring the following documents for the stay extension.
1. Your original passport
2. A photocopy of the following pages:
✰ Frontpage showing name/surname / passport number
✰ Current Thailand Elite visa
✰ Latest entry stamp
✰ Departure card (TM.6 card)
✰ Visa extension stamp (if any)
✰ Thailand Elite Membership card
3. A Photo 2×2 inch (or 4×6 cm)
4. Departure Card (TM.6 card)
5. Thailand Elite Membership Card
6. Receipt of TM.30
7. Filled-in TM.7 form (the form is available at all immigration offices)
8. Extension fee of 1,900 Baht per person to be paid to immigration officer in cash
9. Rental contract (some immigration officers may ask to see your rental contract, or your yellow book. Therefore, we highly recommend you bring the actual rental contract or your yellow book and a copy of it with you.)
Please be reminded to contact our Member Contact Center no less than 5 – 7 working days in advance before your due date to make a reservation for the Stay Extension appointment.
Members who live in Bangkok can also request an EPL service (Elite Personal Liaison) to help assist in doing a stay extension at the Immigration Bureau on Chaeng Wattana Road. The service fee for EPL Service is 2,000 Baht per person per job assignment (excluding an extension fee of 1,900 Baht). Please be informed that EPL service reservation must be made no less than 5 working days in advance. The EPL service is subject to availability, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be unable to accept bookings less than 5 working days in advance, and we will be unable to accept bookings if the schedule is fully booked.
Kindly be reminded that Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. will not be responsible for any penalty fine caused by the late reservation.

Lastly, please note that the immigration offices will be open on 11-12 April 2022, however, it is highly recommended that you avoid visiting as there are likely to be crowds of people on these days.
