Thailand’s most awaited holiday, Songkran Festival, is approaching. Songkran, the Thai traditional New Year or Water Festival, is one the most important festival that Thai and foreign visitors celebrate throughout the country. To help you plan your stay in Thailand, we would like to share with you the latest information on public holidays and the schedule of the 90-day reporting and stay extension for our members during the long holidays from 13-17 April 2023.
During the Songkran Festival on 13-17 April 2023, the Immigration Offices throughout the country will be closed these days. It may affect some members whose due date for the 90-day reporting and/or the stay extension falls during this period. To prevent any late reports, penalty fees, and/or overstay records, please always check your due date for the 90-day reporting and the stay extension.

1. Songkran Festival and 90-Day Reporting Calendar for April 2023
Please note that Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. Head Office will be closed on 6 April for Chakri Memorial Day and 13-17 April for Songkran Festival, and will be unable to accept passports for the 90-day-reporting on 10-17April 2023. Please follow the instructions below if your due date for the 90-day reporting is between 10 – 14 April 2023.
We regret to inform you that we will not be accepting or returning passports for 90-day reporting on 10 and 14 April 2023. Below is the updated 90-Day reporting calendar for April 2023.
Early 90-day reporting is allowed by Thai immigration and is highly recommended. This enables foreigners and our Thailand Privilege members alike to process the reporting 15 days in advance but not later than 7 days after the due date.
Below are the documents required for your 90-day reporting:
1. Valid passport with a valid Thailand Privilege Visa
2. Departure card (TM.6 card, which is temporarily halted for arrivals in Thailand after July 1st, 2022)
3. Previous receipt of notification of 90-day reporting (Unless this is your first 90-day report since your latest arrival).
4. Completely filled TM.47 form with your signature. (Signature must be the same as shown in your passport, the digital signature or a copy of the document is not allowed)
5. Receipt of TM.30 notification *** (with an address in Bangkok only)
NOTE: Please ensure that the address written in your TM.47 Form is exactly the same as stated in your Receipt of the TM.30 notification.

To prevent any late reports and penalty fees, please always check your due date for the 90-day reporting and the stay extension. Kindly be reminded that it is the responsibility of the foreigner to check and ensure that he/she isn’t overstaying and in due time for 90-day reporting.
2. Stay Extension Reminder
Thai Immigration also allows early application for stay extensions – 45 days in advance. Early processing is
highly advisable.
In the event that your due date of stay extension falls on any day from April 13th to 17th, it is highly recommended that you process it no later than April 7th, except another public holiday on April 6th, before the Songkran long holidays start.
Below are the documents required for the stay extension application:
1. Your original passport
2. Photocopies of the following pages:
✰ The front page shows name / surname / passport number
✰ The current Thailand Privilege visa
✰ The latest entry stamp
✰ The departure card (TM.6 card)
✰ A visa extension stamp (if any)
✰ Thailand Privilege Membership card
3. Your face photo measuring 2×2 inch or 4×6 cm
4. The Departure Card (TM.6 card)
5. Thailand Privilege Membership Card
6. Receipt of TM.30
7. The completed filled-out TM.7 Form (the Form is available at all immigration offices)
8. An extension fee of 1,900 Baht per person is to be paid to an immigration officer in cash
9. The rental contract (some immigration officers may request to see your rental contract or your yellow book. Therefore, you would be well-advised to bring with you the actual rental contract or your yellow book, together with copies.
Request for Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) Service
To facilitate your stay extension by our EPL service, please contact our Member Contact Center to make a reservation, no less than 5 working days. For members who live in Bangkok, a request for our EPL service for your stay extension at Chaengwattana Immigration Bureau is available for a fee of 2,000 baht per person and per job assignment, excluding the stay extension fee of 1,900 baht.
NOTE: Our EPL service is managed on a first-come, first-served basis and may be unavailable if fully booked. Most importantly, kindly be reminded that Thailand Privilege Card Co. Ltd. will not be held responsible or be liable in any way for any penalty caused by your late reservation.

Lastly, please note that the immigration offices will be open on 10-12 April 2023, however, it is highly recommended that you avoid visiting as there are likely to be crowds of people on these days.
3. Your signature on the job assignment document
After using our services, please be reminded to sign the job assignment document with the same signature shown in your passport.
4. Please wear a face mask when visiting government offices
Please be reminded that although face mask-wearing has been made non-mandatory for outdoor public areas, wearing a face mask is still required when you visit government offices.
5. EPA and transfer service reservation and cancellation policy
Kindly be reminded that EPA and transfer service reservations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Please see the details below:
5.1 For EPA Service:

NOTE: Not available for walk-ins in all cases. Any reservation of EPA service that is made less than 24 hours in advance will be unavailable.
REMARKS:
– Meet-up time for departure flight must be at least 2-3 hours before the flight’s departure time. TPC reserves the right not to be liable for members missing the flight due to late check-in.
– In case of early arrival at the airport for departure flight, EPA will be available only 2-3 hours before departure.
