Currently ongoing, the Absolutely Fabulous Travel Sale is an online silent auction featuring enticing hotel deals across some of the most sought-after destinations worldwide. From the bustling streets of Bangkok and the serene beaches of Koh Samui to the exotic charms of Bali and the untouched beauty of Fiji, the auction presents an unmissable opportunity for travelers. The auction also spans other splendid locations like Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Maldives, Cambodia, and Vietnam, ensuring there’s something for every traveler.

Accessible at PHAB Silent Auction, the auction concludes on June 12, 2024, at 2 PM (Thailand Time, UTC+7). Proceeds from the event will be donated by the association’s member hotels, supporting their scholarship education program aimed at nurturing the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Complementing the online auction is a gala event scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Angsana ACES, Laguna Phuket. This evening promises to be a memorable one with a black and gold dress code, elevating the elegance of the night. The festivities begin at 7 PM with welcome drinks, followed by a sumptuous dinner at 7:30 PM. The menu, curated by top chefs from member hotels, will showcase a fusion of Thai and international cuisine, complemented by signature cocktails crafted by leading hotel mixologists.

Entertainment for the evening will be top-notch, with performances from EKA SOUNDZ, the mesmerizing Starlight Dancers, and beats spun by DJ LADA, ensuring that the night is as enchanting as it is purposeful.

The main goal of these events is to secure funds for more than 20 hospitality scholarships and traineeships, dedicated exclusively to the residents of Phuket. These efforts are important in fostering local talent who can continue to uphold and enhance Phuket’s reputation as a top international hospitality destination. To date, the association has raised over 10 million baht and supported over 40 scholars through local educational programs.
