To acquire the Thailand Elite Visa, complete an application form through the program’s portal. After the screening, the successful applicant will receive their visa and enjoy an extended stay in Thailand.
Benefits include staying up to one year in Thailand without making exits to satisfy regular visa requirements, five-year validity with multiple entries allowed, and access to the Elite Personal Liaison Service, which lets your assistant make an appearance for you after 90 days as per immigration rules.
Applicants must hold a legal foreign passport, must not have a deportation record in any country, must not have an overstay record in Thailand, must not have been declared a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi-incompetence, and must not have been sentenced by a judgment of imprisonment in any country except for an offense committed through negligence.
The Bronze Membership is the most affordable package, priced at 650,000 Thai Baht and valid for five (5) years.

Payments for Thailand Elite Privilege Visa applications must be made directly from the visa applicant’s bank account. If payment comes from a different account, the visa applicant’s name must be specified in the transaction details. An escrow service is also available for applicants who cannot make the full payment at once due to daily transfer limits.

The Elite Privilege Visa can be affixed upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, upon arrival at Phuket Airport, at Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office, or at a local Thai embassy in the applicant’s country of residence.
You can open either a local Thai baht account or a foreign currency account. Foreign currency accounts are only available with certain banks and in certain locations in Thailand.

Failure to complete required reporting may lead to penalties. Overstay penalties may include a fine of THB 500 per day, up to THB 20,000, and possible entry bans depending on the length of the overstay.
Yes. Thailand Elite Visa holders can buy or rent property in Thailand under the same rules that apply to other foreigners. Foreigners may own condominium units subject to foreign ownership limits, but they cannot directly own land. They may rent land or houses for up to 30 years, subject to applicable law.

Applicants currently holding an Education Visa must submit supporting documents for application consideration, including the school establishment license, school registration, student certification from the school, academic records, grade reports, attendance records, and class activity photos if available.
If you stay in Thailand for 180 days or more in a tax year, any foreign income you bring into the country will be taxable. This includes money from jobs, businesses, or properties abroad. Starting January 1, 2024, any foreign income you bring to Thailand will be subject to tax.
If you’ve already paid tax on this income in the country where you earned it, Thailand might offer some tax relief. Thailand has agreements with some countries that might allow you to reduce your tax based on the tax you already paid elsewhere. It’s advisable to contact us for detailed guidance.
According to Section 42, tax residents are permitted to transfer up to 20 million THB to family members and 10 million THB to non-family members tax-free.
