The Tourism Authority of Thailand announced that the Thailand Privilege Card (TPC) is extending the Elite Flexible One membership program until 31 December 2024.
The decision to extend the program which was originally set to expire on December 31, 2022, receives excellent feedback from investors who have recently joined as Elite Flexible One members. Being an Elite Flexible One member, foreigners can enjoy both membership perks and property investment options in Thailand.
“The Elite Flexible One program has proved to be a great instrument in showcasing property prospects in Thailand to overseas markets and producing much-needed cash. We are pleased to hear the program’s extension.”
–Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn, TAT Governor
Since the Elite Flexible One program was launched in March 2020, it has produced over 100 million Baht in real estate investments from foreigners, much-needed revenue for the country during the pandemic.
The 2-year extension of the Elite Flexible One membership program will benefit real estate companies in increasing their sales volume, stimulating the Thai economy as a whole. It would also attract more foreign tourists to Thailand, particularly now that the effects of the pandemic is subsiding and Thailand borders have been reopened.
– Ms. Ratchadawan Loetsilathong
Acting president of the TPC
There are now 22 property operators participating in the Elite Flexible One program and they offer 77 projects for Elite Flexible One members to participate in.
To qualify for Elite Flexible One membership, the applicant must acquire condominium-type real estate with a minimum value of 10 million Thai Baht and carry a Thailand Elite card.
