3. Membership Card and Membership Certification Letter
Apart from your Thailand Elite Visa in the passport and other important travel-related documents, the Immigration Officer will also ask you to present the Thailand Elite Membership card when entering or leaving Thailand to ensure the status of your membership.
Membership Card Example
A membership card is the most important document to verify your membership status when traveling or contacting the Immigration Office for any reason. However, in the unfortunate event that your membership card is lost or has a validity of less than 1 year, please feel free to contact our Member Contact Center to issue a membership certification letter for temporary use instead of a membership card. Please note that it takes 2-3 working days to issue a membership certification letter. A digital copy of the membership certification letter can be kept on your mobile phone or other digital devices.
With this reason, members are strongly advised to always carry your membership card with you to avoid unnecessary checking process.
