1. The transfer service for domestic flights will be available until 31 December 2021
Due to the previous restrictions from many countries on international travel ban and restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, Thailand Privilege Card Company has offered transfer service for domestic flights since February 2021. The service was originally set to end on 31 July 2021 but was later extended to 31 December 2021.

With the improved situation of international travel, we would like to inform you that the transfer service for domestic flights will be available only until 31 December 2021.

Thailand Elite members who are currently residing in Thailand can still convert their international transfer service quotas into domestic transfer service quotas. The conversion will not be permitted from 1 January 2022 onwards.

The conditions of transfer service for domestic flights are as follows:

1.1  This offer is provided to members who are entitled to international transfer services under the following packages:

Elite Ultimate Private (EUP)
Elite Family Premium (EFP)
Elite Easy Access (EEA)
Elite Privilege Access (EPA)
Elite Family Excursion (EFE)

Friends of Thailand (TH)

1.2  Reservation of transfer service for domestic flights must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of the reservation must be made no less than 12 hours in advance, otherwise, a no-show or late cancellation charge will be applied.

1.3  A Thai mobile phone number and a copy of a domestic flight ticket are required when making a reservation.

1.4  Transfer service usage will be converted and deducted from each Thailand Elite Member’s remaining quota of international transfer service under the membership
privilege.

1.5  Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) service is unavailable for domestic flights.

1.6  Domestic transfer service is exclusively for eligible Thailand Elite Members only. Guest(s) traveling with a member is allowed, but guest(s) traveling without a member is not permitted. Starting from 1 January 2022 at 6.00 a.m., Member Contact Center for English language will resume its 24-hours operation. Member Contact Center can be reached by phone at +662-352-3000 and by email at [email protected]

A membership card is the most important document to verify your membership status when traveling or contacting the Immigration Office for any reason. However, in the unfortunate event that your membership card is lost or has a validity of less than 1 year, please feel free to contact our Member Contact Center to issue a membership certification letter for temporary use instead of a membership card.  Please note that it takes 2-3 working days to issue a membership certification letter.  A digital copy of the membership certification letter can be kept on your mobile phone or other digital devices.

With this reason, members are strongly advised to always carry your membership card with you to avoid unnecessary checking process.
