The Thai visa system is exhausting.
Most people put up with it for years.
Here's what our clients were dealing with before they sorted it.
"I have to leave Thailand every 90 days just to reset my visa."
Border runs to Malaysia, Laos, or Cambodia. Missed plans, wasted weekends, and several hundred dollars every quarter — just to stay in the country you love.
"The rules keep changing and I never know where I stand."
Late 2025 brought another round of rule changes. What worked two years ago may get you rejected today — and nobody warns you until it's too late.
"My retirement visa requires a bank account, health checks, and annual trips to immigration."
800,000 baht locked up. Annual proof of income. A full-day immigration appointment every year. It's a job you didn't sign up for.
"I've tried DTV, tourist visas, METV — none of them feel stable."
Every option has an expiry date, a condition, or a queue. When you're trying to focus on work or enjoy retirement, the last thing you want is a visa countdown clock.
One payment. Up to 20 years of peace of mind.
The only program where the Thai government guarantees your right to stay — no annual paperwork, no bank requirements, no re-qualification.
Border runs: over
Your 1-year stamp renews automatically on every arrival. Come and go as often as you like with zero visa anxiety.

Licensed lawyers. Not just agents.
Any company can call itself an "authorised agent." Here's what makes Hawryluik Legal different.
Licensed Thai Law Firm
Hawryluik Legal is a registered Thai law firm, not a visa agent operating informally. Your application is handled by qualified lawyers who are legally accountable for their advice.
View our firm credentials →Official Authorised Agent
We are a certified authorised agent for Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. — the government body that issues the programme. Your fee goes directly to them; we charge no hidden commission.
Verify our agent status →IMC Member
Hawryluik Legal holds active membership with the International Management Consultants (IMC), holding us to an independent professional and ethical standard beyond Thai Bar requirements.
Thai Lawyers Network
Official member of the Thai Lawyers Network, a professional body that independently verifies the credentials, insurance, and conduct of member firms operating in Thailand.
Full fee transparency — before you sign anything
The membership price you see is the official Thailand Privilege Card price. Hawryluik Legal charges a separate, clearly stated professional service fee for managing your application. We will give you the full cost breakdown in writing before you commit to anything. No surprises.
Real clients. Real outcomes.
🔵 Verified on Google"After seven years of border runs and retirement visa headaches, I finally went with Platinum. The team at Hawryluik Legal handled everything in about three weeks. Walking through fast-track at Suvarnabhumi on my first return flight was a genuinely surreal moment."
"I was nervous — I'd used a visa agent before who didn't give me proper advice. With Hawryluik Legal I felt like I actually had a lawyer in my corner. The application took two weeks. Every question I had got a straight answer."
"I'd tried tourist visas, METV, and DTV. Something always had an expiry attached. Bronze sorted it. I work online from Bangkok now and I've thought about my visa status exactly zero times in the past 18 months."
Answers before you call
Yes. In 2023 the programme was officially rebranded from "Thailand Elite Visa" to "Thailand Privilege Card." The core structure — a government-backed long-stay visa for 5 to 20 years — is identical. The new tiers also introduced an annual Privilege Points system for lifestyle rewards across health, wellness, travel, and hospitality.
It depends on your situation. The DTV gives you 180 days and requires renewal — useful for testing Thailand but not for long-term stability. The LTR requires significant proof of income or assets and is harder to qualify for.
The Privilege Card adds things neither the DTV nor LTR offers: VIP airport fast-track on every entry, a personal concierge who handles your 90-day reports, and lifestyle perks via Privilege Points. If you want to remove every remaining administrative friction from your Thai residency, the Privilege Card is the upgrade. We'll give you an honest assessment on your consultation call.
Yes, the 90-day reporting requirement still applies by Thai law. But you don't have to manage it yourself. Your personal concierge submits the online report on your behalf. In practice, it takes about five minutes of your time — just confirming your current address when asked. No trips to immigration required.
The membership remains valid and can be used whenever you return to Thailand within the term — there's no "use it or lose it" condition. The visa simply remains active.
Most applications are approved within two to four weeks from the date your documents are submitted. Hawryluik Legal manages the entire process — gathering your documents, liaising with Thailand Privilege Card Co., tracking your application status, and confirming your card issuance. You don't need to contact any government office yourself.
Yes. Platinum, Diamond, and Reserve members can add a next-of-family member for 500,000 THB (promotion extended to 31 March 2026). Your spouse or family member receives full equal status — not a dependent sub-membership. They get their own fast-track pass, their own concierge access, and the same visa validity as you. For families with children or more complex household structures, book a consultation call and we'll map out the right setup for your specific situation.
No. The Privilege Card has no ongoing financial requirements beyond the one-time membership fee. Unlike the retirement visa (which requires 800,000 THB locked in a Thai bank, or documented monthly income) or the LTR visa (which requires significant proof of global income or assets), the Privilege Card asks for none of this. Once your membership is approved, your visa status is secure for the full term regardless of any financial changes in your life.
Not at all. Our clients include retirees, but also a significant number of digital nomads, remote workers, online entrepreneurs, investors, and frequent visitors who simply want frictionless long-term access to Thailand. If you spend meaningful time here and want to stop managing your visa situation, the Privilege Card is open regardless of age or employment status — subject to nationality eligibility, which we'll confirm on your free call.
The programme is open to most nationalities. Hawryluik Legal has processed applications for clients from over 50 countries. The fastest way to confirm your eligibility is a 20-minute consultation call — we'll give you a clear answer and walk through the timeline for your specific nationality.
