1. Elite Visa Affixation at Chiang Mai International Airport
We want to inform you that Thailand Privilege visa affixation will be available to our members who arrive in Thailand by international flight at Chiang Mai International Airport from 1 July 2023 onwards. Advance booking is required.
Please be informed that members who would like to have the Thailand Privilege visa affixation at Chiang Mai Airport on an international flight need to make a reservation 5 working days in advance before the international flight’s arrival time through [email protected]. Please provide a copy of your current passport and flight itinerary when making a reservation. The Immigration Officer will ask members to present the membership card or certified membership letter when entering or leaving Thailand to ensure their membership status.
We are sorry to inform you that the Elite Personal Assistance (EPA) service is unavailable at Chiang Mai International Airport. EPA service is available only at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok and Phuket international airport.
Please be reminded that your passport details and flight itinerary must match the confirmation letter, which we will be sent to the Immigration Bureau in advance. Should there be any unforeseen situation that causes a flight change, the Immigration Officer may not allow visa affixation at the airport. Therefore, please avoid changing your flight.
In case of a sudden change of your arrival flight, kindly email [email protected] 24 hours in advance. Allow us to remind you that visa affixation will depend on the consideration of Immigration Officers.
However, if you are unable to affix a Thailand Privilege visa upon your international arrival flight at the airport, you can affix a Thailand Privilege visa at the Immigration Bureau (Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office) in Bangkok. At Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office in Bangkok, it is compulsory by the Immigration Bureau that visa affixation must be assisted by Elite Personal Liaison (EPL). A walk-in for Thailand Privilege visa affixation without our EPL officer at the immigration bureau is not permitted. Please be advised to make a reservation through Member Contact Center at [email protected] no less than 5 working days in advance, subject to availability, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
