AFFILIATE PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Welcome to Hawryluk Legal Advisors’ Thailand Privilege Visa (Elite Visa) Affiliate Program. By joining as an affiliate, you are agreeing to promote our services and earn a commission.

Here’s what you need to know:

As an affiliate, your role is to help us grow our network by promoting Thailand Elite services provided through Hawryluk Legal Advisors. For each successful referral, you will receive a 7.5% commission on membership fees from individuals who join through your referral.

Acceptance of Terms By registering for our affiliate program, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

• Commissions are only earned on successful referrals that do not result in chargebacks or refunds.
• Payments are issued the month following the successful issue of Thailand Privilege Visa (Elite visa).
• Self-referrals are not eligible for commissions.

Affiliates must use ethical marketing methods. The following are not permitted:

• Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading links, etc.)
• Spamming (mass emailing, bulk newsgroup postings, etc.)
• Promotion on sites that engage in or promote illegal activities
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

You are encouraged to use both graphic and text links on your website and emails. You can also promote our services through online and offline classified ads, magazines, newspapers, and social media. Use of our provided materials is encouraged, though you can create your own if they adhere to our guidelines.

Only affiliates with explicit permission can promote specific deals or coupons. Unauthorized promotions or misleading advertisements related to coupons are not permitted.

Pay-per-click advertising requires written approval before initiation.

We are not responsible for indirect losses due to affiliate tracking issues, data loss, or any intentional damages to the program or our website. While we strive for smooth operations, we do not guarantee that our program will be error-free.

This agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains valid until your affiliate account is terminated. We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time, and continued participation signifies acceptance of any changes.

You agree to protect and not hold Thailand Privilege Visa by Hawryluk Legal Advisors responsible for any losses, damages, or legal claims resulting from your negligence or misconduct.

By completing the application process, you acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth in this agreement, equivalent to a signed, written contract.
