What is a Next Member in Thailand Privilege?
A Next Member is a family member added to an existing Thailand Privilege membership. The person who holds the membership is the Core Member. Each Next Member receives their own membership card and Privilege Entry Visa for the same tier as the Core Member.
Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (TPC), the state-owned company that runs the program formerly called Thailand Elite, sets the fees and approves every application. In short: the Core Member buys the tier, and Next Members join that tier at a lower per-person fee.
What changed: Next Member promotion timeline
Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. has run two family pricing campaigns since 2025. The current THB 750,000 Next Member offer has been extended twice and now runs until 31 December 2026.

Why do some websites still show THB 500,000? The THB 500,000 Next Member rate belonged to the earlier campaign, which closed on 31 March 2026. Some pages, including older articles on TPC’s own website, still mention it. For applications submitted now, the promotional rate is THB 750,000.
How much does it cost to add a family member?
Adding a family member to Thailand Privilege costs THB 750,000 per person until 31 December 2026. That saves THB 250,000 to THB 1,250,000 per person compared with standard Next Member fees, depending on the tier.

At standard prices, a Next Member costs THB 100,000 per year of membership on every tier. The flat THB 750,000 promotional fee lowers that annual cost, and the longer the tier, the bigger the saving:
- A Platinum Next Member at the promotional rate costs THB 75,000 per year of membership (10 years).
- A Diamond Next Member at the promotional rate costs THB 50,000 per year of membership (15 years).
- A Reserve Next Member at the promotional rate costs THB 37,500 per year of membership (20 years).

Who is eligible for the THB 750,000 Next Member rate?
Eligible tiers. The THB 750,000 Next Member rate applies only to Platinum, Diamond and Reserve. Bronze (THB 650,000, 5 years) and Gold (THB 900,000, 5 years) are individual memberships and cannot add Next Members. Reserve is offered by invitation.
Eligible family members. The Core Member’s:
- Legal spouse, including same-sex spouses recognised under Thai law
- Children, with a birth certificate or adoption documents proving the relationship
- Parents
TPC’s family page states that no age caps apply to family members. Every Next Member must pass the standard background check and document review.
Existing members and new applicants. Both qualify. Existing Platinum, Diamond and Reserve members can add Next Members to their current membership. New applicants can submit the Core Member and Next Member applications together. Applicants who started an application but have not paid may also qualify if they resubmit within the promotional period.
How many people? The promotion terms do not set a cap. Each Next Member is charged THB 750,000 and assessed individually.
What are the deadline and payment rules?
To secure the THB 750,000 Next Member rate, an application must meet two conditions:
- A complete application by 31 December 2026. The application form, the updated Next Member addendum, and all Core Member and Next Member documents must be submitted within the promotional period. An incomplete file submitted on the last day does not hold the rate. Eligibility depends on the submission date, not the approval date.
- Full payment within the invoice period. TPC issues the invoice after approval. It must be paid in full within its stated validity, and promotional invoices cannot be extended. Deposits and part-payments do not hold the price.
Applications submitted after 31 December 2026 will be charged standard Next Member fees unless TPC announces a new promotion.
What does each Next Member receive?
Next Members approved under the promotion receive the same benefits as standard Next Members at their tier:
- Their own membership card and Privilege Entry Visa, matching the Core Member’s tier (Platinum, Diamond or Reserve)
- Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) airport service, including fast-track immigration at participating airports
- Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) support for 90-day reporting and related government paperwork
- Member Contact Center access (24/7 in English)
- Access to member events and lifestyle privileges
Privilege Points are shared. Thailand Privilege allocates Privilege Points to the membership, not to each Next Member separately. Platinum includes 35 points a year, Diamond 55 and Reserve 120, shared between the Core Member and Next Members.

What happened to the Elite Family Premium package?
Elite Family Premium was one of the original Thailand Elite packages. All of those packages were replaced on 1 October 2023, when the program was relaunched as Thailand Privilege with the Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Reserve tiers. Bronze was added later.
Today, the only way to bring family members into Thailand Privilege is to add them as Next Members to a Platinum, Diamond or Reserve membership.
Should your family apply before 31 December 2026?
Families that plan to add a spouse, child or parent to Platinum, Diamond or Reserve save THB 250,000 to THB 1,250,000 per person by submitting a complete application before 31 December 2026. After that date, standard Next Member fees of THB 1,000,000 to THB 2,000,000 apply, and Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. has not announced a replacement offer. Three factors decide whether to act now:
- The size of the saving. It ranges from THB 250,000 per person on Platinum to THB 1,250,000 per person on Reserve. For a family of four on Diamond or Reserve, the difference runs into millions of baht.
- Document lead time. Civil documents such as marriage and birth certificates may need translation and legalisation. TPC’s family page says the background check typically takes one to three months, but only the submission date has to fall before the deadline. The file must be complete when lodged, so start collecting documents now.
- No announced successor offer. The THB 500,000 rate closed in March 2026 and was replaced by a higher THB 750,000 rate in May. There is no guarantee of another family promotion after December 2026.

How to add a family member: Step by Step
Adding a family member to Thailand Privilege takes six steps, from confirming the tier to activating the membership:
- Confirm the tier. Check that your current membership is Platinum, Diamond or Reserve, or choose one of these tiers if you are applying as a new member.
- List each family member. Confirm the relationship and the document that proves it, such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate.
- Gather documents. You will need passport copies (at least six months’ validity), photos, completed application forms, the signed Next Member addendum, and any translations or legalizations. Use our document checklist.
