Updated Thailand Pass Contact Numbers and Emails for Registration Assistance

Thailand Pass hotlines have been set up to help travelers register to enter the country.  Thailand Pass registration is free, but government officials have warned travelers against third-party websites that charge fees to register for Thailand Pass.  Apply for Thailand Pass at the Department of Consular Affairs’ official website at https://tp.consular.go.th/

Travelers who will visit Phuket, Krabi, and Phang Nga can email [email protected] for assistance. Travelers who will register on Phuket Sandbox can call +66 (0) 7653 220 or email [email protected]  

Travelers are also required to complete Thailand Pass Follow Up Form via Google Docs.

Travelers using the Test & Go or Sandbox schemes must stay in a hotel or resort with SHA+ accreditation.  For Test & Go, travelers must book a SHA+ hotel on Day 1 and Day 5 of their stay.

Before Thailand Pass can be approved by the Department of Disease Control, a hotel must confirm the booking. Call the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s hotline at 1672 if you have any questions about hotel booking confirmation.
