Thailand Pass hotlines have been set up to help travelers register to enter the country. Thailand Pass registration is free, but government officials have warned travelers against third-party websites that charge fees to register for Thailand Pass. Apply for Thailand Pass at the Department of Consular Affairs’ official website at https://tp.consular.go.th/

Travelers are also required to complete Thailand Pass Follow Up Form via Google Docs.

Travelers using the Test & Go or Sandbox schemes must stay in a hotel or resort with SHA+ accreditation. For Test & Go, travelers must book a SHA+ hotel on Day 1 and Day 5 of their stay.
Before Thailand Pass can be approved by the Department of Disease Control, a hotel must confirm the booking. Call the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s hotline at 1672 if you have any questions about hotel booking confirmation.
