Bangkok Tops Best Cities and Phuket As Top Travel Island In South East Asia.

Bangkok topped the list of “Best Cities in Southeast Asia,” while Phuket ranks first on the “Best Islands in Southeast Asia” list, according to Travel + Leisure magazine.

Travel + Leisure magazine ranked Bangkok first for 2022 and said:

“If you like warm smiles, spicy street food, and feeling the wind in your hair as you ride through the city on a tuk-tuk experience, and Michelin-starred meals, Bangkok is the place to be.”

The 10 Best Cities in Southeast Asia, according to Travel + Leisure are

1. Bangkok, Thailand
2. Singapore
3. Da Nang, Vietnam
4. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
5. Hanoi, Vietnam
6. Chiang Mai, Thailand
7. Hong Kong
8. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
9. Phnom Penh, Cambodia
10. Jakarta, Indonesia.

The magazine also ranked Phuket on the top of their Best Islands in Southeast Asia list.
